Why should I order from Creative Party / Anniversary House?
Under the Creative Party brand we are the main European Distributor for Creative Converting and also leading manufacturers and distributors of a market leading range of party goods as well as cake decorations, cookie cutters and Hand-crafted in the UK Edible Sugar Decorations from sister brand Anniversary House.

How long will it take to approve my application for access to the ecommerce site?
Your application will be processed within one working day.
How can I pay for my order?
All new accounts are dealt with on a 'pay by card' basis. Payment is accepted via credit or debit card. Payment must be received before the order is released for picking, packing and despatch.
Existing customers with a credit account will pay to their previously agreed terms.
Can I have a credit account?
We are unable to offer new credit accounts, but you can easily purchase online with a credit card. If you have a historically opened credit account you will continue to be able to pay under these legacy terms agreed with your Account Manager.
Is there a minimum order value?
As a user of our ecommerce site you have access to preferential minimum order values. As a thank you and to give you, our customers, the best service we can, we have lowered our minimum order values to £50/€50/$50. Remember you can mix and match products from Anniversary House and Creative Party to meet the minimum order.
Do you offer free shipping / carriage paid order values?
For all UK customers with a minimum order of £175 or over your shipping is FREE. We do charge a £10 carriage fee on all orders between £50 – £175 which will be automatically applied at the basket stage.
For international customers we have provided a list of minimum order values for free carriage and the % applied should you not meet that minimum value.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
All of our products across both our brands must be ordered in trade case quantities. The quantities are featured on the product pages and each 'qty' ordered is 'one' trade case.
Can I order using pack quantities instead of case quantities?
No, website orders and pricing relate to one trade case. To order using pack quantities you must send your order directly to our customer service team at email@example.com.
Are all Creative Party/Anniversary products available to order online?
All of the items in our UK Everyday stocked catalogues are available to order online. You can mix and match products across both brands in one order. You can search the online product range using the Instant Basket Builder function in your basket, or by searching the site and adding to basket.
Can I order Creative Converting products stocked in the USA online?
Sorry, we currently cannot offer these products online for ordering. For all special order requirements please speak directly with your Sales Executive or directly with Customer Services.
Can I place orders now for delivery in the future?
This is not currently possible. All orders through the website will be processed and despatched same day if received before 10am and next day if received later in the day. You can still place forward or back orders directly with your Sales Executive or directly with Customer Services.
Can I have back orders?
We are not able to offer a back order function through the website to ensure you only pay for product you will receive. The website is based on our on-site stock levels and so anything currently out of stock will not be available to add to your order.
I want to order an item that is out of stock, what can I do?

Will I receive an order acknowledgement?
Yes - Once you complete the checkout process you will receive an email confirming your order.
Can I track my order?
The 'My Account' area of our website shows your previous online orders and their despatch status. Once despatched, orders can be tracked directly with our carriers if you are signed up for this service or by contacting the customer service team.
Can I edit/cancel my order?
Once an order is placed online it cannot be edited or cancelled, if you need to make any changes please contact the customer service team directly on +44 (0) 1202 590222 or email@example.com. Orders that have been shipped cannot be changed or cancelled.
My order has arrived and there are missing items/faulty or damaged items, what can I do?
Please notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving your order and the customer service team can advise next steps.
What is your standard delivery time for UK orders?
We ask our customers to allow up to 2 days to receive their orders but strive for next day delivery.

Do you allow the resale of your products on 3rd party websites such as Amazon, Facebook, eBay or Etsy?
Yes, there are not currently any restrictions on the resale of our products.
I need product images for my retail website, where can I download these from?
You can access our image library by clicking here or alternatively you can download each product image individually from the product page. Simply click the image download button.
Can I be added to your mailing list?

Can I leave items in my basket and return to the order later or another day?
Yes - We know how our customers like to build their orders over time so your basket will be saved for up to 14 days after you last modified it for you to alter or add to until you are ready to complete.
Can I pay my account balance through the website?
You cannot currently pay your account balance through the website, but we are always working on new features!
Is the website compatible with all web browsers?
We would recommend using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge for the best performance, although all web browsers, inlcuding FireFox and Safari, are supported.
Please note Internet Explorer is no longer a supported browser. Microsoft users are encouraged to transition to Microsoft Edge.
Can I make suggestions to be considered as improvements to the website?
